Fullblood Wagyu
Not a blend, not a co-op, not a box assembled from whoever had inventory. One registered Fullblood Wagyu, one carcass, and the registration certificate to prove it.
Individual cuts
For anyone who wants to try it before committing a freezer, or who only ever cooks steak. Sold while supplies last, since one animal at a time means a finite number of ribeyes.

|---|---|---|
| Filet Mignon | Loin | $69 |
| New York Strip | Loin | $49 |
| Sirloin | Loin | $29 |

Cuts and prices are available while supplies last and may change without notice.
Provenance
Every package traces to a single registered animal. The certificate names it. You can look it up.
State-inspected and processed by a trusted local facility, then packaged under our own label rather than a co-packer's.
No outside feedlots. Every animal we sell lived here, on Cheyenne II Bermuda, and you are welcome to come see the herd it came from.
Foundation cattle registered with the Australian Wagyu Association and eligible for the American Wagyu Association.

Availability
That means availability changes, and when a share is gone it is gone until the next animal. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know honestly what is available.
